Bayshore is building AI agents for legal and compliance, and seeks a Founders Associate Intern to join the founding team. You will span operations, go-to-market, and product, owning high-priority projects and building scalable processes for the company.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership settings, are curious about AI and law, and are hands-on executors who can turn processes into scalable systems while maintaining strong English communication skills.

• Experience in generalist, founder-facing, or operations-heavy roles (consulting, venture, or early-stage startups).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English (German is a strong advantage)

The Role

As Founders Associate Intern, you'll be a force multiplier for the founding team. You'll work across operations, go-to-market, and product, owning high-priority projects and building scalable systems and processes the company can rely on.

This is a role for someone who can both run processes today and build better systems for tomorrow. Your mandate: create leverage where it matters most.

What You'll Do

Work directly with the founding team across product, operations, and go-to-market
