Zusammenfassung

Bayshore invites driven interns to join the founding team at our Munich office, contributing across product, operations, and go-to-market from day one.

You will drive cross-functional projects, own critical internal processes, and help build scalable systems while supporting hiring, investor relations, and GTM initiatives with enterprise partners.

Qualifikationen

• Available for 3–6 months and preferably afterwards for full-time.
• Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
• Curious about AI, law, and trust in enterprise technology.
• Hands-on executor with urgency to improve and automate processes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to create structure.
• Experience in generalist, founder-facing, or operations-heavy roles (consulting, venture, startups).
• Excellent written and spoken English (German is a strong advantage).

The Role

As Founders Associate Intern, you'll be a force multiplier for the founding team. You'll work across operations, go-to-market, and product, owning high-priority projects and building scalable systems and processes the company can rely on.

This is a role for someone who can both run processes today and build better systems for tomorrow. Your mandate: create leverage where it matters most.
