EWOR GmbH is building cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators to join as builders. You will work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives, taking projects from research through to execution while shaping the company’s operations for scale.

You will conduct market and competitive research, turning findings into actionable recommendations and compelling business cases. Excellent English communication is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end initiatives from research to execution.
• Strong market, customer and competitive research capabilities.

• You will improve company operations, coordinate stakeholders, and build systems and workflows that help the organisation scale.
