Job summary

EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join us. You will work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, taking projects from research through execution.

You will conduct market and customer research, turn findings into clear recommendations and business cases, and improve company operations to scale. English communication is essential; you will be based in Frankfurt with a high-agency builder

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Collaborate with founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives from research through execution.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research and translate findings into recommendations, presentations, and business cases.
• Improve operations, coordinate stakeholders, and build scalable systems and workflows.
