• Location: You'll be based at our office in Cologne (Belgisches Viertel) and should be on site at least twice a week.
• Experience: You have 5-8 years of experience in strategy & operations and feel confident in your role.
• Languages are no problem: You speak German and English fluently.
• Your connection to football: You're genuinely interested in amateur football and have a feel for what moves this community.
• Start-up spirit: You prefer to play an active part in shaping things rather than just going through the motions - even if that sometimes means tackling things without a ready-made roadmap.
