Job summary

Siemens Energy in Berlin seeks a LGT Fleet Manager to oversee the delivery of gas turbine fleet projects from sales to service handover, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing and service teams. You will own fleet roadmaps for new unit implementations, balance capacity and service needs, and drive cross-functional alignment while managing complex constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in power project management, complex task coordination, and technical gas turbine systems.
• Essential familiarity with industrial gas turbines; knowledge of hot gas path part engineering, manufacturing, and servicing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills.

With a chance to collaborate each day with colleagues around the globe, you will manage your product fleet from sales to service team handover. A typical day of the LGT Fleet Manager offers a mix of project management activities, technical management with our design teams, collaboration with field service and engineering validation teams, and some of the high-level financial projections for your decisions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
