SHAPEiN Consulting GmbH seeks a Finance & Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting tasks and drive digitalization of finance processes. The role requires experience in accounting, DATEV Online proficiency, and high IT affinity in a structured, international environment.

The position is 20 hours per week with flexible arrangement and a Munich office presence two days weekly. Fluency in German and English and strong Excel skills are essential.

• Completed commercial training, e.g. tax clerk or accountant.
• Confident with DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Strong IT affinity and interest in digital processes.
• Good German and English (written and spoken) in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation of accounting records and transactions in DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Review and process employee travel expenses.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day activities.
• Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of our finance processes.
• Act as a point of contact for management and other departments on accounting matters, including in English.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of accounting records and transactions inDATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Review andprocess employee travel expenses.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day activities.
• Support thedigitalization and continuous improvement of our finance processes.
• Act as apoint of contact for management and other departments on accounting-related matters, including in English.

Your profile

• Initial professional experience in preparatory accounting is an advantage.
• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk, accountant, or comparable qualification.
• Confident working with DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Strong affinity for IT and an interest in helping shape and further develop digital processes.
• Good level of German and English (written and spoken) in an international enviroment.
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential and financially sensitive data.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Working Hours & Work Model: The 20 hours per week can be arranged flexibly. Ideally, you will work from our Munich office two days per week.
