Your workplace

Hotel NEPTUN is a large hotel with many different areas and employees. Everything that happens in the hotel is mapped in financial accounting. Our small team is looking for competent support with a passion for figures and accounts.

Main tasks:

• You will be responsible for all general accounting processes
• You will take over the posting of bank accounts and reconcile them
• You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• You will oversee the preparation of VAT returns
• You keep an eye on cash flow and monitor payment transactions
• You prepare statistics and reports for the department management and directorate
• You will be responsible for correspondence with public bodies, tax offices and authorities

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional qualification as an accountant or a bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience and are familiar with the balance sheet
• You have a highly structured working style and an affinity for numbers
• A discreet demeanour is a matter of course for you
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German
