Life Couriers, a global leader in biopharmaceutical logistics, invites applications for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our Munich accounting team. You will post day-to-day transactions, prepare monthly and annual statements under HGB, and support process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a finance degree or Certified Accountant, has 3–5 years of experience, speaks fluent German and English, and is familiar with Dynamics 365 BC.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance or a Certified Accountant qualification (m/f/d).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB) accounting.

Responsibilities

• Posting day-to-day transactions in the general ledger.

To strengthen our accounting team, we are seeking a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing and assisting with the proper posting of day-to-day business transactions in the general ledger (e.g., fixed and current assets, prepaid expenses and deferred charges, provisions, equity, etc.)
• Performing account reconciliations and conducting analyses
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package
• Contributing to the optimization of existing processes and assisting with the implementation of new processes and systems
• Assisting with the integration of company acquisitions
• Serving as the point of contact for auditors and tax advisors

Your Profile

• A successfully completed degree in finance or certification as a Certified Accountant (m/f/d)
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• In-depth knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB) accounting
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
• Ideally, experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
