Life Couriers, a global leader in radiopharmaceutical logistics, seeks an FP&A Controller in Munich to drive monthly reporting, partner with business units and shape planning. You will advance data‑driven decisions, enhance reporting structures and contribute to growth initiatives in a high‑impact, international setting.

You bring a degree in finance or related field and strong analytical skills, with Excel expertise and familiarity with BI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in FP&A, controlling, finance, audit, transaction services, consulting or BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or other BI tools advantageous; LucaNet or Business Central a plus.
• Proactive, structured and independent working style with ownership and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and strong business partnering skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Drive monthly management reporting, business reviews and performance analyses for assigned business units.
• Partner with business unit heads as a finance sparring partner, providing financial insights and supporting decision‑making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning with financial models.
• Analyze performance, identify drivers and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support strategic finance initiatives including improvement, optimization, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and standardize reporting structures, KPIs and planning processes.
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation and improvements of reporting processes.
• Build and improve FP&A and controlling processes to support growth.

To strengthen our Controlling team, we are looking for a FP&A Controller (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive monthly management reporting, business reviews and performance analyses for assigned business units
• Partner with business unit heads as a finance sparring partner, providing financial insights, challenging assumptions and supporting operational and strategic decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, including the development and maintenance of financial models
• Analyze business performance and variances, identify key business drivers and translate financial data into actionable recommendations
• Support strategic finance initiatives, including commercial improvement, operational optimization, investment decisions and growth opportunities
• Develop and standardize reporting structures, KPIs and planning processes
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation and continuous improvement of reporting processes
• Build and improve scalable FP&A and controlling processes to support the company’s next stage of growth

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, business analytics or a comparable field
• First professional experiencein FP&A, controlling, finance,audit, transaction services, consulting or businessintelligence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise business insights
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools highly advantageous; knowledge of LucaNet or Business Central a plus
• Proactive, structured and independent working style with a hands-on mentality, strong ownership and attention to details
• Confident communication and strong business partnering skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance teams, business unit leaders and management in an international environment
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
