Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced finance professionals fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic German finance tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as it's done in Germany.

This is a remote, pilot role with about 21 hours per week from Oct 23 to Nov 19. Requirements include experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit, a German Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of HGB/IFRS, BaFin

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of German financial practice (HGB / IFRS, BaFin regulation, German tax rules).
