Job summary

Atlantic is a leading pre-seed VC fund in Europe, seeking a Finance Manager to run fund finance, automate workflows, and provide portfolio insights. You will report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with partners, our fund administrator, and tax advisor.

You will automate processes, consolidate reporting from 150+ portfolio companies using AI, and oversee cash flow, invoicing, and fund accounting to deliver accurate financial statements and compliant filings.

Qualifications

• Finance knowledge with high standards; experience in VC/PE fund finance, fund administrator, Big Four or strong controlling team.
• Deep understanding of accounting and ability to apply to a fund.
• AI-first mindset; automate repeated tasks and drive efficiencies.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights beyond simple reconciliation.
• Own your numbers; work independently and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Willingness to build automation for payments and reporting, and to run with limited supervision.

• Fund accounting and reporting. You review the work of our fund administrator and support the preparation of quarterly LP reports, annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Compliance. You keep our funds and management company compliant, from regulatory reporting to KYC/AML checks.
• Special projects. You take on ad hoc projects across finance, from new reporting requirements to supporting FX management.

The role

As our Finance Manager, you'll run the day-to-day of Atlantic's fund finance: across portfolio monitoring, cash flow and invoicing, fund accounting and reporting, compliance, and special projects. You'll report directly to our Head of Finance and work closely with our Partners, our fund administrator and our tax advisor.

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll have a clear mandate to automate. The goal is to cut manual work in half and let portfolio insights surface on their own. If building the finance function of a modern VC sounds better than maintaining one, read on.

About you
