Job summary

Atlantic is seeking a recruiting lead to identify and attract senior and leadership talent for our portfolio companies. You will work closely with the investment team and CEOs to define what team is needed, what to pay, and how to structure it.

You own your projects, run searches end-to-end, and apply your experience in org design, compensation, and equity to build scalable hiring playbooks. Fluency in English and international experience are highly valued as we move fast with global reach.

Your role

Headhunting is the core of the job. You'll spend your days finding people others miss and convincing them that this is the company worth joining. But you won't just fill roles. You'll sit with our investment team and portfolio CEOs to work out what team a company actually needs, what to pay, and how to structure it, then go and build it. You own your projects and make your own calls. This isn't a standard recruiting gig.
