Key job responsibilities

• Drive core accounting operations, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and the management of external audits across multiple frameworks with accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Transform accounting data into actionable insights that drive innovation.
• Identify, develop, and implement scalable process improvements using automation and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate globally with internal Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams, external business partners, and other departments such as Tax and Statutory Compliance.
• Lead and deliver complex, large‑scale projects in a fast‑moving, international, high‑growth environment.
• Continuously enhance your skills by working with advanced finance technologies and global best practices.

About The Team

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field, or experience or equivalent experience in finance roles
• Knowledge of one or multiple accounting frameworks (including US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP frameworks), with the ability to apply them in day‑to‑day financial activities
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience supporting month‑end closing processes and contributing to financial reporting under established procedures
• Experience supporting the implementation of controls or contributing to audits over financial reporting environments
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
• Knowledge of SOX methodology and associated standards (sections 302, 404, AS5, PCAOB, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
• Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
