Job summary

ABB AG, Mannheim, is seeking a Finance Controlling professional to design and optimize data‑driven reporting. You will build dashboards, KPI systems, and self‑service reports using Power BI and SAP data from multiple sources. The role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in a hybrid work setting.

You will drive digitalization and automation initiatives with AI, Copilot, and modern tools, collaborating with Local and Group controllers to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or comparable field.
• Experience in controlling and finance processes, ideally SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI with Power Query and DAX for self-service reporting.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digitalization, e.g., Copilot, Power Automate or similar.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Development and further development of Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI systems, and self-service reporting.
• Analysis, preparation, and integration of financial, production, and business data from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Support for forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management decisions.
