Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance management, particularly in accounting and controlling.
• Solid understanding of German and international accounting principles, especially HGB and IFRS.
• Practical experience with statutory financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordinating with auditors.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budgeting, revisions, and mid-term financial planning.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate accruals and journal entries.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget deviations, monthly/yearly results, and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly flash reports with detailed analysis and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Supervise administrative resources and provide support to other divisions when needed.
