• Leading the preparation of the company annual budget and planning, with revisions and mid-term planning.
• Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accruals and journal entries are accurate and timely.
• Controlling budget deviations against the business plan with the Managing Director.
• Managing monthly and yearly results within the company.
• Monitoring resources for office, vehicles, workstations and other assets.
• Enabling and monitoring administrative support across divisions when needed.
• Creating monthly flash reports with detailed analysis and rolling forecasts.
• Supporting the Group CFO during annual financial audit and regulatory reporting.
• Supporting the Managing Director during the ISO audit.

• Overseeing month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accruals and journal entries are accurate and timely
• Controlling the budget deviation against the original business plan by liaising with Managing Director
• Responsible for managing monthly &/ yearly results within the company
• Monitoring of Team Member(s) responsible for allocation/ acquisition/ maintenance of office resources, company vehicles, workstations/ offices and other resources
• Enabling and Monitoring Administrative Support of other Divisions whenever necessary
• Creation of monthly flash reports with detailed analysis followed by rolling forecasts
• Support of Group CFO during the annual financial audit and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting obligations
• Support of Managing Director during the annual ISO audit

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance management (Accounting & Controlling)
• Strong knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
• Experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit liaison
• Both Japanese and English fluencies are essential for this position.
