Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues involving IP-based CCTV systems, NVRs, video analytics, access control platforms, and intercom technologies.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring incidents and develop mitigation, preventative, and reliability-improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Installation teams to resolve complex issues and improve system reliability.

What You Bring:
