Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Windows infrastructure professional with strong knowledge of enterprise systems administration, automation, and security practices. The role requires technical expertise, problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a bilingual environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Windows Server administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong expertise with Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, including pipelines, CI/CD, and automation practices.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO), Just Enough Administration (JEA), Just-In-Time (JIT) administration, and privileged access management practices.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles and best practices.
• Experience with telecommunications and VMware environments is an asset.
• Ability to work outside regular business hours when required for operational support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
