Job summary

IntelligenzIT seeks a Field Support Representative – Level 1 for Europe under a B2B contract. The role requires at least 2 years of desk-side IT support experience and fluency in German.

You will install, image, and support Windows-based desktops and devices, plus manage assets and respond to front-line incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side IT support and break-fix for end-users.

Now Hiring: Field Support Representative – Level 1 | Europe | B2B Contract

Experience: Minimum 2 years in desk-side IT support and German Language

• Windows OS, MS Office, and business applications
• Desktop support, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting
• IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix support
• Laptop, desktop, mobile device, handheld scanner, and printer support
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networks, telecom, and compute/storage
• IT asset lifecycle management, imaging, and system deployment
• Data collection and preservation for migrations or eDiscovery
• Provide end-user, desk-side, IMAC, and break-fix support.
• Build, stage, and image systems using standard client images.
• Support manufacturing shop-floor devices, laboratory equipment, scanners, tablets, and specialised PCs.
• Provide smart-hands support, rack-and-stack activities, and infrastructure commissioning/decommissioning assistance.
• Coordinate vendor access to communication rooms and data centres.
• Support planned power shutdowns and maintenance activities involving network devices and servers.
• Coordinate cable patching and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, voice, video conferencing, and printing services.
• Manage IT assets, including collection, labelling, imaging, allocation, recovery, secure storage, and disposal.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to resolve high-priority issues.
• Experience in manufacturing, laboratory, clean-room, or distribution centre IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft server support and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
