ROLE OVERVIEW

The Field Service Engineer plays a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations. This position requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance for clients.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure equipment operates at peak performance
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using analytical skills and specialized tools
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers for efficient equipment use
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate service reports
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through reliability and expertise

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
