Qualifikationen

• Experience with and understanding of the federal government health care environment, including the DoD and VA.
• Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle and workflows in Professional and Facility Coding.
• Experience with 3M 360 Encompass implementation and sustainment.
• Ability to find creative solutions, manage difficult situations diplomatically, and manage multiple project streams and teams.
• Results-oriented operational and strategic mindset with strong organizational, prioritization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Skilled in program management techniques or PMP certified.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
