Zusammenfassung

node.energy is seeking a Program Manager to oversee large IT initiatives in a security-conscious environment. The role requires an active Secret clearance and a strong background in formal program management across multi-year, multi-million dollar efforts.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets around $2.5M+, lead teams of 15–20, and apply TOGAF, Agile/DevOps practices, and cloud/security standards to deliver transformation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
• Fifteen (15) years of IT experience with at least ten (10) years in a program management role
• Experience managing programs with budgets >= $2.5M and 15–20-person teams under RMF/CUI
• Five consecutive years leading digital transformation or automation programs
• Experience with TOGAF and Agile or DevOps is highly desirable

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline

Required Certifications:

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud provider certification

Cybersecurity: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Years of Experience:

• Fifteen (15) years of IT experience, with at least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.


• Size and Complexity Definition: Experience managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks [e.g., DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)].


• Consecutive Experience: Required five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership.


• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.


• Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)


• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is highly desirable.
