Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Facility Project Manager to own facility-related projects across a live data centre portfolio in Frankfurt. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time while managing asset planning, budgets and technical building management.

The role requires a strong background in lifecycle and CAPEX planning, MEP systems coordination, and fluent English and German, with relocation to Frankfurt encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Facility Project Manager or similar role within data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong background in asset and planning management, including lifecycle and CAPEX planning.
• Experience coordinating technical building management, including MEP systems.
• Confident managing project budgets, controlling, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, liaising with internal teams, contractors, vendors.
• Fluent English and German.
• Based in or relocate to Frankfurt.
