NVO Worldwide in Hamburg is seeking an Export Documentation specialist to ensure export data and documents are accurate and timely. You will stay closely connected with customers, agents and our warehouse to keep shipments on track.

You will review shipment data, process documents and communicate proactively to resolve irregularities. This part-time role offers opportunities to work across an international network and maintain organized, reliable documentation.

You keep our export documentation on track, make sure shipment data is accurate and stay in close contact with customers, agents and our warehouse. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented approach are essential in this role.

WHAT TO EXPECT

NVO Worldwide works with customers, agents, shipping lines and other partners around the world. For our export shipments to run smoothly, information needs to be accurate and documents need to reach the right people at the right time.

In Export Documentation, you make sure the relevant data is correctly recorded in our system and the necessary documents are sent out. You work closely with our warehouse and customers, helping to identify and resolve irregularities quickly and reliably.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

Check data, handle documents and coordinate operations: You make sure our export documentation is accurate and that the parties involved receive the information they need.

Check shipment data: You review the information in our system and ensure all relevant data is correct and complete.

Send shipping documents: You take care of sending pre-alerts, invoices and House Bills of Lading (HBLs).

Communicate with customers and partners: You coordinate with our customers, agents and shipping lines, ensuring information is shared clearly and efficiently.

Work closely with the warehouse: You stay in close contact with our warehouse and coordinate the relevant shipment information.

Identify and resolve issues: When irregularities arise, you keep an overview, look into the cause and help find suitable solutions.
