Competenze

• Completed degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in contract and claim management, ideally in a project-driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law (e.g., BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structures.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• Overall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycle
• Analysis, evaluation, and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as defense against unjustified claims
• Identification and assessment of risks and opportunities in contracts, and development of appropriate mitigation measures
• Leading and supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Advising project management and relevant stakeholders on contractual and claim-related matters
• Establishing and further developing processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim management
