Exyte in Germany seeks a Senior Commercial Project Manager to oversee all commercial topics and optimize project value. You will control resources, purchasing, scheduling, and reporting to ensure timely, high-quality cash flow management on large-scale projects.

Required are a degree in business administration or engineering technology, several years' experience on large projects, knowledge of contract law (HGB/BGB/international), fluent German and English, and willingness to travel or work

• Completed studies or training in business administration or engineering technology.
• Several years of professional experience handling large projects.
• Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• High willingness to travel or work on a construction site for an extended period (national assignment).

Responsabilidades

• Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project
• Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
• Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
• Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization
