Exyte is seeking a proactive professional to assist in commercial aspects across high-tech projects. You will support purchasing, project controlling and scheduling, contribute to project reports, and help with cash flow tracking and forecasting.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and become a reliable contact within the project team, growing into a sparring partner. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in German and English, with travel as needed to

• Assist in monitoring and controlling commercial aspects such as purchasing, project controlling and scheduling
• Contribute to the preparation and quality assurance of project reports and support cash flow tracking
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting, as well as in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Work closely with the Project Manager to help achieve and optimize project goals
• Support customer communication and assist in claim management activities
• Act as a reliable contact within the project team and gradually develop into a sparring partner for the Project Manager

• Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, engineering or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a commercial or project-related environment is a plus
• Very good MS Office skills; first experience with SAP R/3 is advantageous
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities
• Good communication skills, team spirit and ability to handle multiple tasks
