Auxilia Group Recruitment is currently recruiting for a European Freight Sales Manager on behalf of our client in the transport sector. This permanent role is based in Germany and offers the opportunity to identify and pursue freight forwarding and logistics business across Europe.

You will develop sales strategies, build long-term client relationships, present tailored freight solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and market evaluation.
