Job summary

Spencer Ogden invites applications for an EHS role in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will drive health, safety and environmental standards, promote a positive safety culture, and ensure best practice across the project.

You will be part of the project team, playing a key role in managing RAMS, audits, and investigations while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders. Fluency in German is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Health & Safety.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an EHS role.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO 14001/45001.
• Experience with RAMS, risk assessments, audits and investigations.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, SOPs and high-risk activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on team player with strong leadership skills.
• Fluent German speaking.
