Our client is a fast-growing Berlin-based scale-up in leadership development. Its platform combines one-to-one coaching with certified human coaches and AI-powered support between sessions, making high-quality coaching accessible to everyone in an organisation, not just senior executives. Hundreds of leading international enterprises already work with them. With strong product-market fit in place, the focus is now on growth, and the enterprise client base is at the centre of it.
The role
As Enterprise Relationship Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of the company's most important clients across DACH. You'll own these relationships end to end: keeping clients successful, renewing partnerships, and finding new ways to grow together.
You’ll work with CHROs, L&D leaders and senior executives, and meet them in person. This is a role with real ownership, high autonomy and high visibility.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise clients, with responsibility for renewals, retention and account growth
- Understand each client's business deeply, spot opportunities early, and build the case for expanding the partnership
- Work with the coaching, product and operations teams to make sure programmes deliver real results for every client, including those that need extra attention
- Lead business reviews and workshops at client sites, travelling around 30% of the time across DACH, with occasional visits to the UK
- Handle difficult conversations yourself, from renewal risks to budget discussions, using data to show the value of the programme
What you bring
- 3+ years in consulting, B2B SaaS sales or account management, a client-facing strategy role, or as Chief of Staff to a C-level leader
- A proven track record of owning important client or stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable results
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, from HR managers to the boardroom
- A strategic mind combined with strong execution: organised, reliable, and someone who follows through
- Comfort with change and ambiguity. You take initiative and solve problems without waiting to be told
- Native-level German (C1+) and fluent English
- Willingness to travel around 30% of the time
- The right to work in Germany
Nice to have
- Experience selling to or working with HR, L&D, SaaS or technology companies
- Experience in a fast-moving environment where you built processes rather than inherited them
What's on offer
- A competitive package with a performance-based bonus
- Your own portfolio of well-known enterprise clients from day one
- A small, ambitious team where your work has visible impact
- Personal coaching for your own development
- An annual learning budget and a company pension plan (bAV)
- Hybrid working with three office days a week in Berlin, and flexible working hours
- Regular team events and a modern office in central Berlin
