Job summary

Gulp AG sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Projektmanager/in im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie die Koordination zwischen Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung von KPI-Reports, das Tracking von Milestones und Kosten, sowie die Unterstützung von Lieferanten- und Prozessabläufen. Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; eine strukturierte,

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor) in Ingenieurwesen, Luftfahrt, Industrietechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie 3 Jahre Projektmanagement und 2 Jahre in Projektleitung.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für die Planung und das Management des Projekts über die gesamte Entwicklungsphase.
• Erstellung regelmäßiger KPI-Berichte und Statuskontrollen zu Milestones, Kosten und Technik.
• Schnittstellenmanagement: zentrale Kunden- und interne Schnittstelle zu Fachabteilungen.
• Lieferanten- und Prozessunterstützung, Unterstützung bei Line-Fit-Lieferungen.

Project Management: Responsibility for project planning and management throughout the entire development phase.

Reporting & Controlling: Preparation of regular KPI reports and conducting status checks regarding milestones (deadlines, costs, technology).

Interface Management: Acting as the central customer interface for operational matters and as an internal interface to the various specialist departments.

Supplier & Process Support: Support for line-fit deliveries.

• Education/Studies: Completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in the fields of engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and at least 2 years in project leadership.
• IT skills: In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Methodological knowledge: Good knowledge of change management as well as total quality management / problem-solving methods.
• Language skills: German (at least fluent) and English (at least proficient).
• Soft skills: Independent, structured and results-oriented work style, high level of organizational talent, strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
