Parloa is seeking a Sr Field Marketing Manager EMEA to plan and execute high-impact field programs that drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline across the EMEA region. You will own events, regional campaigns, and ABM initiatives in tight collaboration with Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Marketing.

You bring 6+ years in event management in fast-paced environments, a hands-on, revenue-focused mindset, and fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of experience in event management in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to deliver localized, high-impact campaigns.
• Commercial-minded marketer who translates initiatives into revenue with Sales collaboration.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a strong advantage.

• Own end-to-end event execution including planning, budgets, vendors, and post-event follow-up.
• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to define target accounts, audience strategy, and pipeline goals for activations.
• Elevate Parloa's brand through conferences, trade fairs, and localized thought leadership.
• Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on pipeline impact and Sales feedback.
• Support field marketing activities across multiple EMEA markets with region-prioritized focus.

• We are looking for a Sr Field Marketing Manager EMEA to plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs that drive demand, generate new business opportunities, and accelerate existing sales pipelines. This role requires strong event management skills and the ability to design localized, high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will own and execute events, regional campaigns and personalized ABM programs in close partnership with Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Marketingto deliver field activations, across the EMEA region
• Own end-to-end event execution, including planning, timelines, budgets, vendors, internal stakeholders, onsite delivery, and post-event follow-up
• Partner with Sales and Growth/BDE teams to define target accounts, audience strategy, follow-up motions, and pipeline goals for each activation
• Elevate brand presence through industry conferences, trade fairs, and localized thought leadership opportunities
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously refine campaigns based on pipeline impact, account engagement, attendee quality, and Sales feedback
• This role will support field marketing activities across multiple EMEA markets, with the focus shifting based on regional go-to-market priorities and pipeline needs
