Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Field Marketing Manager – EMEA (Semiconductor) to build the regional marketing function from the ground up. Location: Germany or the Netherlands, hybrid work, and close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing and Distribution Partners to translate global initiatives into regional programs that drive awareness and qualified pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Field, Regional or Channel Marketing.
• Semiconductor/Electronics/High-Tech experience.
• Strong knowledge of the European electronics ecosystem.
• Experience with distribution partners (Arrow, Avnet/EBV, Rutronik, Mouser, DigiKey, Farnell).
• Experience organizing trade shows, customer events and partner marketing programmes.
• Collaborates closely with Sales teams.
• Proficient with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
• Business-level English; German or another EU language is a plus.

• Semiconductor, Electronics Components or High-Tech industry experience
