INVENSITY seeks an experienced embedded software engineer to develop and optimize software for modern controller platforms, variable-frequency drives, and servo drives. You will work with real-time communication, embedded systems, and industrial networks to create high-performance automation solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications and information technology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of hardware-oriented embedded software development using C/C++ under RTOS.
• Solid knowledge of Python and Git-based development.
• Experience with Ethernet-based protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, PTP); familiarity with IEEE 1588, TSN, and X.509 is a plus.
• Knowledge of C#, SQL, GoogleTest, Jenkins; Azure DevOps/Pipelines and VS Code, or modern CI/CD, are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to explain complex technical issues to stakeholders.
• Business-level German and very good English.
• Structured onboarding with an explicit starting plan and dedicated contacts.

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications and information technology , or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in hardware-oriented embedded software development using C/C++ under real-time operating systems (RTOS), as well as in-depth knowledge of Python and Git-based development environments
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet-based communication protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, and PTP; ideally supplemented by experience with industry standards such as IEEE 1588, TSN, and X.509
• Knowledge of C#, SQL, GoogleTest, and Jenkins, as well as experience with Azure DevOps/Pipelines, Visual Studio Code, or modern CI/CD processes, is a plus
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills , as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues to various stakeholders in a way that is tailored to their needs, understandable, and practical
• Business-level proficiency in German and very good English skills
