Zusammenfassung

INVENSITY is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design and optimize software for modern controller platforms, variable-frequency drives, and servo drives. You will work within a cross-functional, agile team and contribute to high-performance, reliable automation solutions in a global setting.

Requirements include several years of hardware-oriented embedded software experience with C/C++ on RTOS, strong knowledge of Ethernet protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, PTP), and German language plus

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in hardware-oriented embedded software using C/C++ with RTOS.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet-based protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, PTP) and industry standards like IEEE 1588/TSN.
• Business-level German and very good English.

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications and information technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experienceinhardware-oriented embedded software development using C/C++ under real-time operating systems (RTOS), as well as in-depth knowledge of Python and Git-based development environments
• In-depth knowledgeofEthernet-based communication protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, and PTP; ideally supplemented by experience with industry standards such as IEEE 1588, TSN, and X.509
• Knowledge of C#, SQL, GoogleTest, and Jenkins, as well as experience with Azure DevOps/Pipelines, Visual Studio Code, or modern CI/CD processes, is a plus
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues to various stakeholders in a way that is tailored to their needs, understandable, and practical
• Business-level proficiency in German andvery good Englishskills
