STS Group is seeking an Electrical Quality Lead for a major heavy industrial project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role reports to the Project Manager and focuses on planning and managing quality systems and procedures to meet high client expectations.

You will work with the project leadership team to ensure regulatory standards compliance during installation and inspection, coordinating with subcontractors and regulators as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical/MEP craft qualification with QAQC experience.
• Engineering degree with QAQC experience.
• Evidence of QAQC oversight on large projects (Data Centre experience advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare electrical handover inspection and test documentation.
• Issue ITRs to the Cx Agent for Cx tagging.
• Perform quality inspections of energy system installations and support defect close-out.
• Review electrical test documents and populate electrical TTOPs.
• Implement STS Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects.
• Liaise with subcontractors and approve proposed TTOPs.
• Support commissioning procedures with test data.

Join STS Group as our next Electrical Quality Lead for a major heavy industrial project in Frankfurt.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Quality Lead to join our project in Frankfurt, Germany. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based out of Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices. This position will play a major role in the delivery of a key project for us in Frankfurt on a large-scale industrial project.

The Opportunity

This role will work closely with the wider project leadership team to ensure our projects meet the highest standards, meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations and deliverables. Key to this role will be the ability to effectively plan and manage quality systems and procedures.

Reporting to the Project Manager, here are some of the key duties of this role

• Prepare electrical handover inspection and test documentation, and operation & maintenance manuals
• Issue the relevant ITRs to the Cx Agent to achieve the Cx tagging
• Perform quality inspections of the energy system installations and support the close-out of defects
• Review completed electrical test documentation and populate into the electrical TTOPs
• Implementation of STS Quality and Inspection Test Plans on projects
• Liaise with subcontractors and approve their proposed TTOPs
• Support the commissioning procedures with the relevant test inspection data
• Deliver STS quality themed inductions and toolbox talks to project teams
• Review and issue final handover packages to the client
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project.
• Meetings/inspections with local regulatory bodies
• Liaise with the client on installation and quality matters
• Attend quality meetings
• Input into weekly progress reporting on quality items
• Perform internal quality audits

Key Qualifications Required

• Electrical/MEP craft qualification with QAQC experience or Electrical/ MEP, Engineering degree with QAQC experience
• Quality auditing experience and/or qualifications
• Evidence of previous experience controlling the QAQC handover of Data Centre projects for either Electrical and/or MEP, CSA
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
