Optimus Search is seeking a Senior Electrical Battery Development Engineer to support the development of next-generation high-voltage battery modules for industrial and automotive applications. The role focuses on electrical architectures, BMS integration, and power electronics within an international engineering team.

You will design electrical architectures for HV battery systems, integrate BMS and power components, and collaborate across disciplines to bring concepts to production.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years' experience in HV battery systems, energy storage or comparable high-voltage products.
• Strong knowledge of battery systems, BMS, power electronics and electrical integration.
• Experience taking products from concept through to production.
• Hands-on, structured approach with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working within international engineering teams.
