Evergreen Talent Group is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join its Berlin project team delivering a large-scale Hyperscale Data Centre, providing critical safety leadership on site. You will implement the EHS management plan, perform site inspections and RAMS reviews, and support inductions and safety communications with subcontractors and supervisors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an EHS Advisor on construction projects.
• Experience in Data Centres, M&E, pharmaceutical, industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience with RAMS, risk assessments, site inspections and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification.
• Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
• Full working rights to operate in Germany / Europe are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate EHS records, reports and compliance documentation.
• Support environmental controls, waste management and housekeeping standards.
• Engage with supervisors and site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Escalate unsafe practices or conditions and support immediate corrective action.
• Assist with EHS meetings, audits and client reporting.
• Support construction, commissioning and energisation activities from an EHS perspective.

About the Opportunity

A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join its project team in Berlin, delivering a large-scale Hyperscale Data Centre.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of project Environmental, Health & Safety standards across site operations, working closely with the EHS Manager, Construction teams, Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely and in line with project requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an EHS professional with experience in Data Centres, M&E construction or other technically complex environments to join a major European project.

Key Responsibilities of the EHS Advisor:

• Support the implementation of the project EHS management plan.

Necessary Requirements of the EHS Advisor:

• Previous experience as an EHS Advisor, HSE Advisor or Health & Safety Advisor on construction projects.
• Experience within Data Centres, M&E, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Industrial or other technically complex environments.
• Good knowledge of construction health & safety requirements.
• Experience with RAMS, risk assessments, site inspections and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent.
• Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
• Full working rights to operate in Germany / Europe are preferred.
