Job summary

KidsCare by Babilou Family in Kirchberg is seeking an Educator to welcome and support children aged 2 months to 12 years, in a nurturing environment. You will ensure safety, plan activities, observe development and collaborate with a team to promote best practices in early childhood education.

The role offers a permanent CDI contract, 40 hours per week, with training opportunities and social benefits. Fluency in French is required; English or other languages are a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• You welcome and support children and their families with care and kindness.
• You ensure each child’s safety, well-being and development, while respecting their individual pace and needs.
• You plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, independence, curiosity and inclusion.
• You observe the children and adapt your approach to their individual needs.
• You contribute to the educational project and promote Kidscare best practices.
• You work closely with the team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with health, hygiene and safety procedures.

Your profile

• You hold a qualification allowing you to work as an educator in Luxembourg (State Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Educator, Specialised Educator, Belgian A1/A2 Educator qualification, Master MEEF, Belgian Childcare qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• You are fluent in French; English and any other language are considered an asset.
• You are caring, dynamic, creative and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are organised, adaptable and committed to supporting children’s development and well-being.
