Job summary

Babilou is seeking an Educator-Assistant in Hamm for a fixed-term contract of 30 hours/week. You will welcome and support children, assist with daily routines and safety, and contribute to a nurturing environment under our educational approach.

You will work as part of a team in a stimulating setting, focusing on development and well-being. Salary is based on qualification and local norms for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Qualified to work as childcare assistant in Luxembourg or similar setting.
• Fluent in French; English and Luxembourgish assets.
• Caring, attentive, and great with a team.
• Dynamic, organized, adaptable, and motivated to support young children.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• You hold a qualification allowing you to work as a childcare assistant in Luxembourg (CAP AEPE, BTS Sanitaire et Social, BEA training, DAP Auxiliary Care, DEAP, eligible Bachelor or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• You are fluent in French; English, Luxembourgish and any other language are considered an asset.
• You are caring, attentive and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are dynamic, organised, adaptable and motivated by supporting young children.

What We Offer

• A fixed-term contract (CDD) 30h/week to 30/10 working 5 days/week ;
• Salary based on your qualification.
