Job summary

AND-E seeks a Dynamics 365 & Finance Product Owner to shape the future of the MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations landscape within a multinational mobility insurance group. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to drive transformation initiatives and ensure compliant, efficient financial processes across the organization.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and effective controls, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting (IFRS, Local GAAP) and change

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a comparable field, with several years of experience in Finance/ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, and regulatory reporting; governance experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Finance systems and ERP platforms, especially Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Experience in Product Ownership or Project Management with agile IT practices; certifications are a plus.
• Experience in ERP implementations, process optimization, change management, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the Finance systems landscape from a business perspective, ensuring it supports Finance strategy and growth.
• Act as business owner of MS Dynamics 365 F&O subledger environment.
• Define and manage the MS Dynamics 365 and Finance systems roadmap, translate needs into capabilities, and prioritize enhancements.
• Serve as the primary interface between Finance, IT, vendors, and partners to reflect requirements in design and delivery.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and AI initiatives to increase automation and reduce manual tasks in Finance.

In this role, you will shape the future of our MS Dynamics 365 F&O application and further Finance application landscape, work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in Finance transformation initiatives. How you’ll make an impact

• Own and continuously develop the Finance systems landscape from a business perspective, ensuring it supports Finance strategy, regulatory requirements, and business growth
• Act as business owner of MS Dynamics 365 F&O subledger environment
• Define and manage the MS Dynamics 365 and further Finance systems roadmap, translating business needs into system capabilities and prioritizing enhancements across Finance platforms
• Act as the key interface between Finance, IT, software vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring business requirements are reflected in solution design and delivery
• Drive Finance process optimization, digitalization, and AI initiatives, increasing automation and reducing manual activities across the Finance function
• Ensure data quality, system integrity, and effective Finance controls across Finance platforms, including reconciliation processes and master data governance
• Support Finance systems in meeting regulatory and reporting requirements, including IFRS, Local GAAP, Solvency II, tax, and audit requirements
• Lead Finance workstreams in transformation and ERP projects, including change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful system releases
• Establish and maintain governance for MS Dynamics 365 and further Finance systems, including release management, change control, system performance monitoring, and compliance with internal policies

What it takes to succeed in this role

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or ERP environments
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, including IFRS, and a good understanding of regulatory reporting; experience in Financial Governance is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Finance systems and ERP platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance is an advantage
• Experience in Product Ownership or Project Management, combined with an understanding of agile IT engineering and delivery practices; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Experience in ERP implementations, Finance process optimization, change management, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT, and external partners in an international environment
• Fluent German and English are required, both in spoken and written form
