AND-E in Germany seeks a proactive finance professional to support IT financial planning, reporting, and cost management within an international Finance team. You will gain insights into technology investments and finance processes while growing your expertise.

You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, monthly outlooks, and cost optimization, collaborating with IT, procurement, and vendors to improve data quality and reporting automation.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in finance or related field; professional finance qualification is a plus.

In this role, you will contribute to financial planning, reporting, and cost management for our IT organization while gaining insights into technology investments and Finance processes. How you'll make an impact

• Support financial planning and analysis for the IT organization, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and monthly outlooks
• Monitor and analyze IT operating expenses, project costs, CAPEX, and headcount, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare financial reports and management information to support decision‑making for IT leadership and Finance stakeholders
• Support IT cost management and transparency, including cost allocation, chargeback models, and cost optimization initiatives
• Contribute to the financial evaluation and monitoring of IT projects and technology investments, including business cases, ROI analyses, and project controlling
• Support month‑end closing, financial reporting, governance, and compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement, IT, and Finance teams to support financial management and drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality

What it takes to succeed in this role

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a professional finance qualification is an advantage
• First professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Cost Management, ideally within IT, technology, digital, or shared service environments
• Good understanding of financial planning, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, combined with strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Knowledge of IT financial management, including CAPEX/OPEX, cost allocation, and project financial management, is an advantage
• Experience with ERP, financial planning, and reporting systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools are a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage
