Job summary

JAM is looking for an experienced DCS / Commissioning Engineer to support energy infrastructure and substation projects in Berlin, Germany. You will commission electrical substations and optimize automation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissioning substations, experience with Zenon COPA-DATA, and a valid driver’s licence. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Zenon COPA-DATA energy systems.
• Strong background in commissioning of substations.
• Experience in industrial automation or energy infrastructure projects.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of electrical substations and associated control systems.
• Configuration, testing, and optimisation of automation and energy management systems.
• Integration and troubleshooting of control systems during site commissioning.
• Supporting project teams with technical input during installation and handover phases.
• Ensuring systems meet project specifications and operational requirements.
