Department: Field Service Operations EUR

Work Model: Remote

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent

In this role your main accountabilities will be:

  • Schedule the field service appointment with the customer in alignment with the delivery time of the spare parts
  • Order Spare-parts, if required, and monitor their delivery
  • Optimize the planning of the Field Service Engineers to ensure fast reactivity and reduce travel times including Preventative Maintenance jobs
  • Understand customer issues and properly document and transfer them to the Field Service teams
  • Prioritisation and tracking of all open cases to ensure compliance with the required reaction and the resolution times
  • Follow-up on the execution and ensure hand-offs are properly done and with no delays
  • Identify areas of improvement and optimization, working with the different Service team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects to be added

To make the above work, we are looking for a professional with strong technical mindset and excellent coorination skills. Other essential requirements:

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

  • Fluent spoken and written German & English is a mandatory requirement for this role
