Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to own the strategy, calendar, and multi-channel framework for the People and COO organizations. You will write engaging content for internal audiences, craft messaging on updates, support leadership on change communications, and manage channels like email, intranet, Slack, and Workday.

The role requires designing listening programs, running recognition initiatives, and delivering culture initiatives aligned with company values.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in internal communications and employee experience/engagement.
• Excellent, clear writing for internal audiences.
• Experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams.
• Ability to analyze data and tell a story to leadership.

• Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan.
• Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups and key moments at least quarterly.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and translate employee feedback into action.
• Build, document, pilot, and iterate a company-wide recognition framework.
• Integrate recognition into tools and processes such as Slack and Workday.
• Identify and help launch culture initiatives grounded in company values.
• Track and report culture awareness and adoption.
• Design connection frameworks for events and community programming, including remote/distributed hubs.
• Plan and deliver company events with attendance and satisfaction goals.
• Analyze and present survey, attendance, engagement, and participation data to drive decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement
• Excellent, clear, simple writing
• Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams
• Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately and use it to tell a story
• Ability to prioritize effectively and lead and execute independently as a senior individual contributor
• Experience working cross-collaboratively with employees and executives at all levels
• Fluency in best practices across internal communication channels
• Understanding of how communications, recognition, culture, and leadership intersect
• Experience driving behavior change through communications and program design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in founder-led startup organizations (bonus)
• Experience with Notion (bonus)
• Fluency with AI tool (bonus)
