Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn & email) for our clients.
• Analyze market signals to identify relevant leads.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders when building new strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities and devise solutions to further develop our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience: First work experience in a dynamic environment such as an agency or startup, with possible exposure to email or LinkedIn cold outreach.
• Work style: Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Motivation: Looking for more than a job, but to work with a team of experts building and managing industry leaders.
• Optimal: Prior experience with GTM tools like Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach or Apollo.
