We’re looking for German-, Dutch-, or Danish-speaking professionals to manage and grow relationships with high-potential clients. In this role, you’ll empower businesses to strengthen their online presence, optimize performance, and achieve measurable results through data-driven advertising strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of business clients onboard new accounts and provide ongoing support as their trusted digital marketing advisor.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive maximum ROI and performance improvements.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and consultations to understand client objectives and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, professional client follow-up.
Your Profile
  • Fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish, with strong English communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree (Masters in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising and performance marketing (PPC, SEM, social media ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
