Your tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Learning & Online Events Manager to join our team and help shape the educational landscape of the ISCC Academy.

In this role you will take ownership of developing delivering and continuously improving impactful and user-focused learning experiences for our global stakeholders.

Your main duties will be :

Digital Learning Program Delivery & Facilitation

• You will lead the end-to-end planning coordination and execution of digital learning formats under the ISCC Academy portfolio including live online trainings webinars e-learning modules and hybrid workshops.
• You will manage both synchronous and asynchronous training programs ensuring smooth delivery appropriate AV setup and professional technical support for participants.
• You will work closely with internal teams to further develop training offerings and align content with ISCCs standards guidelines and stakeholder needs.
• You will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) analyse course performance participant feedback and learning metrics and implement improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• You will ensure that all learning experiences are accessible high-quality and aligned with our educational and sustainability mission.

Content Development & Data Analysis

• You will contribute to the creation of multimedia content using common editing tools supporting in-house video production and e-learning content development.
• You will update and maintain training materials recordings and course content across platforms (LMS website event tools).
• You will collect analyse and report on key metrics related to participation learning outcomes and user satisfaction to continuously optimize content and format quality.
• You will ensure proper documentation and data handling across all systems and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Team Collaboration & Communication

• You will collaborate with internal departments trainers and external stakeholders to align training schedules manage resources and coordinate communication.
• You will ensure clear and professional communication with all participants before during and after events managing expectations and feedback processes.
• You will actively contribute to cross-team coordination and support the continuous improvement of the ISCC Academys training quality and learning culture.

Your profile

• University degree (Master) in Event- or Project Management Business Administration Education Technology Communications or another related field
• At least 3 years professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in e-learning environments online event management adult education corporate learning or hybrid stakeholder-focused formats
• Proven experience in planning and delivering online formats such as training courses (including AV setups and coordination)
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
• Confident managing digital platforms data bases and tools (e.g. LMS Articulate Rise Zoom Slido WordPress Publicate and similar)
• Proficiency with Mac and MS Office tools (Teams PowerPoint Excel SharePoint Outlook); strong general IT affinity
• Preferred : basic video editing skills (e.g. cutting trimming) and familiarity with video production processes including filming techniques to support the in-house content creation
