Siemens Energy in Nürnberg is seeking a Digital Analytics and Performance Specialist (f/m/d) to drive data-driven performance within Field Service. You will develop KPI frameworks, build Power BI dashboards, and lead AI-enabled digitization initiatives, collaborating across IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement using Lean methods with bilingual German/English fluency.

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant field with a proven track record in Power BI dashboards and AI-driven tools.
• Experience in data modeling, data visualization and KPI design with governance.
• Certifications in Power BI Data Analyst Associate and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are desirable.

• Take ownership of KPI frameworks and performance reporting, developing and improving Power BI dashboards to enhance transparency and automation.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for management decisions and performance improvement.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives, developing innovative solutions using AI and modern technologies to address business challenges.
• Build and maintain a strong cross-functional network across Field Service and IT, acting as a bridge between business data and technology.
• Engage stakeholders to challenge existing approaches and promote data-driven, digital ways of working.
• Identify and implement technical and operational improvements within Field Service processes, applying analytical and Lean methods to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record in developing Power BI dashboards and implementing AI-driven tools. Open to recent graduates and candidates with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, data visualization, KPI design, and data quality governance.
• Certification in Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable certification, and desirable AI Automation or Digitalization Certification.
• Strong interest in Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Experience in AI-enabled solution design, process digitization, automation, and digital prototyping.
• Strong ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, customer orientation, project management abilities, and fluent skills in both German and English.
